Concept work for a tiny-house hotel in Rocky Mount, NC inspired by the old cotton mill and river for which the town is known.

On the property, four to five tiny-houses are grouped and connected by a fire pit in the center. The mark was intended to be a combination of a literal reference to twine (the ampersand) and the cotton-like badge shape highlighted the communal hotel layout.
